I don't think installing just the struts will affect it enough to require alignment. Should still be pretty close to spec. You could always take it in and just have them check the alignment and let you know what it's at.

Any time you remove the suspension for any reason you will need to align the car. There's no way that you'll get everything back in exactly right. Alignments are cheaper than tires.

Your alignment is going to be way off. After you're done with it you'll probably be able to see the front wheels leaning out from the top and the rear leaning in. Like Grizzly said "alignments are cheaper than tires". So just break down and get one.

Yup the alignment is gonna be off. With the TRD springs, the factory camber/toe/caster adjustment parts should be able to fix that without aftermarket parts like camber arms, etc...

I will wait for at least a couple of weeks when the spring settles down before taking it for realignment.

I have the TRD springs and struts installed and aligned today. I brought with me the factory spec for the front and rear wheel alignments.

The rear barely made the spec, but the front, the alignment shop could not get to the factory spec. There are special cammed bolts needed to do it properly which I don't have. The shop ended up elongating the holes on the struts so the alignment will meet the factory spec.

Took 2 hours and it cost me $220 just for the alignment.
