hey guys for those of u that are thinkin about gettin the trd sway bar get it. i have the stock springs and its nice. u can really feel it when u accelerate around turns. im lookin at dropping it too but after xmas. it handles alot niceer then stock. i got it installed at precisionmuffler in milpitas for only 30 bucks and i paid 103 shipped for the bar. all together 133 not bad i say its worth every penny.

 

I agree...wait till you put the springs on and you will be amazed. Much much better than stock

Not to mention.. a bar is a tube is a bar is a tube made out of metal.

I wouldn't put used shocks or injectors or more sophisticated parts. But a bar is still just a bar. Same with a CAI or SRS.

 

I was thinking of just getting lowering springs for the looks plus a lil handling... instead of rear sways...

i have the trd springs and shocks, rides nice and you seen how my car sits with them...almost a 2 inch drop after settling for me. but i want the rear sway too, i like hanging corners

 

I got mine free. Reasoning? I ordered the Scion security system for my car when I first got it, before Scion specified a different part number for the 06 model year. The 05 security systems wiring harness is different, and my steering wheel audio controls wouldnt work. McGeorge sent me the new 06 security system, and a free TRD swaybar for my trouble. Go with McGeorge, their customer service is excellent!

yah thats pimp gettin it for free n stuff. today i was getting off of 1 freeway on to another. and the offramp there is very narrow and is the shape of an S. the signs posted the speed limit of 25 mph and i went into it goin 60. the first turn was scary but everything stayed stable, still felt some body roll but thats b/c of stck springs/ shocks. and then i slowed down to 40 for the end of the turn
