Hello, i just dropped the tC with Hotchkis springs and trd struts. It seems 2 me that the front is sitting alot lowerer then the back, is this common? OR, is this ok or did i do something wrong during install. I put them on like a month ago and everything seems ok,i just dont recall other people with lowered tC's sitting so much lower in the front...

 

the rear doesn't even look dropped...

i mean its diff lower than stock just seems out of wack with front kinda... no?

the front should be about a 2 finger gap and rear should be 1 to 0 finger gap

 

thats a common thing about springs! its gonna go lower in few months. same happened to me when i got my s techs. after like 3 months. and my fat friend sitting in the back they went lower..lol

 

so what ur saying is the front is 2 low and the back is 2 high? i got them used so i cant really send them back thats the problem...

i dont really mind it... i cant really do anything about it anyway

 

^^ that's exactly how mine sits on my Hotchkis... 1 finger gap in front and 2 finger gap rear...and mine are fully settled btw too.

its possible the install is not correct. but also are stock shocks are really stiff. my car was exactly like this when i put my s techs on. iwas worried but after taken the car to a lift and inspecting everything it was fine. a few months later the back was low. i would check it out asap tho!

 

Mines dropped on the same springs for 2 years now..

oh fantastic... im on TRD struts remeber too. Me and a buddy did the install a few weeks back, he did his a few months earlier so i dont think we did anything wrong... what would even be causing this?
