Default lower and bar with my rims

well in 4 days ill have my new 18's with bf goodrichs on them. I was wondering with my extra 400? if i should lower it and get the bar that goes where the spare tire does, but dont know what its called. Ill get a sway bar later. So with the bar and springs would my car get a good handling increase and feel better/tighter.. also i heard this bar helps stops rattles in the back, what is it also thanks yall later

the ingalls bar goes under the carpet and maybe he is talking about the MonsterMotorWorks rear strut bar as well. i have the MMW and still have both foams and spare under the carpet. it's ok but it's really not that big of a difference except i did feel the rear stiffen up just abit.

well im gonna get a sway bar later on after these suspension mods. But im worried with a sway and lowering springs my ride will be horrible and rough, i was thinking hotchkis or trd cus i dont want too low of a drop. what do yall think??? I was gonna drop it now with the trunk brace for better handling with my rims n tires, and then get the say bar later for even better handling will this work, thanks peace

um hotchkis and trd are totally different drops. hotchkis drops around 2 inches, and trd drops 1.5". and a sway doesn't affect ride comfort.

If you want comfort, stick with trd springs and get a trd rear sway bar. The brace in the trunk wont really do much compared to a sway bar. And by stiffening and lowering your suspension, you're going to have to sacrifice ride comfort. Maybe you should just stay stock.
