Default Lower Tie Bar and glass roof replacement

Found an ebay auction for a lower tie bar. Had one on an integra once, but do they really help? Does anyone know of anyone that makes a fiberglass or CF replacement for our glass sunroof?

Looks pretty shady to me. And I doubt that little piece of material would do squat for our car. You're better off with at least a rear sway. And if you want some more for the chassis, look into the Ingalls 4pt brace for the floor of the trunk.

As for the roof... Kaminari makes a fiberglass and CF version of our roof. But they're expensive and apparently not easy to install. But you could check their site for info.

Probably not or more repretable compaies would have release one long before now.

Kaminari makes carbon and fiberglass replacement roofs, but unless you are hardcore about racing, it's not worth the trouble.

K, thanks for the info. I already have a rear greddy strut tower brace and rear sway. I'll look into the roof, cause I heard it really lowers the center of gravity quite a bit.

Yeah, I've seen civics with the tie bar but theirs are spread out much further then ours. I've alwasy wanted one but don't think it would make much difference.

here is the link for the kaminari fiber glass $695 and CF $995 roofs. deffinatley will cost you a pretty penny for professional install, or so I've heard.
I wanted one when I first got my tC, but I've grown to love my HUGE sun roof!

Keep us posted if you do it!
