Default Lowered + Express Car Wash?

Can you still take your car to like a Mike's Express Car Wash if you have your car lowered? - or is it too low.. What about lowered and a lip kit?

I always wash my car myself in my drive way when its warm enough but when its 5 degress in Indiana winter, I either have to live with a salty car or go to the car wash.

Look for laser washes around your area. They are touch-free and most have flat entrances. I don't let any car with that has those pad things touch my paint.

i have a sick touchless car wash near my school for 12 bucks i can get a full car wash, and a bunch of people hand dry my car with clean towels, vaccum the car, and armor all it, plus it looks sick afterwards, no paint swirls or additional scratches, and i can go home with a clean car, clay bar it, wax it, polish it (to get rid of any swirl marks) and im good to go, looks fresh off the show room floor! :D i love that place

Hand means you dont miss spots! But X2 on washing by hand when its below freezing....it sucks!

3 dollar car wash near me...6 for spotfree rinse...i am cheap AND lazy and like to be able to feel my hands when my car is clean....

Heres the question, is it worse to have road salt buildup? Or a wash with ....eeek! PADS!???

lol. I guess some of these guys haven't tried washing a car in winter. Short of hooking a hose to your hot water heater, all you will do is coat your car in a sheet of ice. I recommend the quick quarter wash places. They usually make icicles on your car, but not before power washing away all the salt.

We realize that they are from warmer climates but you also have to take note of the original posters first post with the question. I mean of course you guys in the southern US can still wash your car in the winter. He was looking for tips for cold weather climates.

Tips...suck it up.
I've lost all feeling in my hands and arms from washing in freezing weather.
It's awesome.

if your car can make it onto your driveway or go over a speed bump without its lip kit falling off , you should be able to go into a car wash....its common sense not rocket science.
