LOWERED MY CAR W/ KONI YELLOWS AND GC COILOVERS *PICS*

i dont think the 18" comes in the bronze color. the ones i have are metallic silver. i think i'll raise the back tho cuz i am planning to get the front lip from toyota and the front might be really low. san francisco isnt a place to drive in with slammed cars...hella pot holes on the roads.

its actually debatable. some people dont consider sleeve type coilovers to be true coilovers, but they work just the same, in fact they have eibach springs. I have always liked the G/C set up......

i guess you can say that, but a coilover is a sleeve/strut.. so basically ground control lets you choose your strut. on my last car i had ground controls and they were great, lasted me 50k+ miles on KYB AGX struts.
but i would prefer g/c over tein because they have years of expierience..

I would take G/C anyway......they are a good product and i have never heard anything bad about them before. Some people like using tokico, or koni's and have more control over what damper they use then whatever they use in alot of the single peice. But it comes down to preference.

so it turns out that the springs i had for my tc were for the stock shocks only. there is another set of coilovers designed specifically for the koni yellows. i called ground control to have em exchange.....so much hassle.

DUDE! raise the back! don't slam the front..u'll regret having a very low car..trust me. i've learned from past experiences...plus the drop in the front looks perfect..even the car out so u don't have any finger gap..i think thats the best look!

yeah i was planning to raise the back a bit anyways cuz im planning to get the lip. if i slam the front, it'll probably be too low to drive. by the way does anyone know a good place to get my lip painted for a cheap price?
