if your shocks were blown, they would be bouncing and be dumped.

believe it or not jack up the front of your vehicle and take both hands and see if either wheel shifts! if the do its your inner or outer tie rods!!!!!!!!! they are a average fix and will caost you around 600$ to be fixed

I do not think they will because of your modifications (lowering) they will argue it and tie it into your mod being the issue if im correct 2.4 in the front is way to low for our cars and will create major damage to the steering components hubs and bushings the rear is fine. tie rods are designed to flex a lil bit but not that much they loose there ability and break when under heavy load+ lower pivoting point (stechs) i hope this doesnt scare you and i hope im wrong and its just a lemming stuck in there

have you tried shaking your front wheel with your hands? in a left to right motion?
also your strut can BEGIN to go bad and not bounce but make a clunking noise

check to see if your the rubbers on your front struts are broken or have holes in them. There rubber that the springs sit one. also check to see if the springs are set on the struts correctly .
