I've got the bar installed on my car, and it's a really good looking piece. The nameplate rivets were trashed when I was removing it and the plate ended up coming off and getting lost, but the bar looks great, the welds are solid and penetrated right through, the finish looks great, it's light (probably less then 2lbs) and it's a sturdy piece with 2 mount points that fits with a direct drop-in on 4 bolts, less than a 30min install.
AND IT DOES FIT WITH THE FOAM AND SPARE INSTALLED
Here's a pic of it in my car, you DO have to shave down some of the foam underneath to make room for the actual bar, but that's it, no structural damage to the foam and it's fully useable

Now, on the performance side of it, I autocross my car (closed course racing) and I had full TRD shocks&springs, Hotchkis F&R sways, DC Sport front strut and MMW rear strut bar running on performance wheels and tires. There is no noticeable performance increase with this bar, and I measured "performance increase" by the amount of decreasing time around an autocross through 2 sets of 4 laps, back to back, and there was no noticeable reduction in times. The rear at that point where the bar does not flex much, if at all, and it doesn't add a noticeable performance increase. The problem with the TC is chassis flex along the center axis, and no strut bar available can help that, you would need a custom "X" mount piece, much like they offer on the Celica.
BTW, I have that exact bar for sale as well, you can contact me if you are interested, or buy it from MMW for their sale price, it's a great bar at an even better price, and I applaud them for making aftermarket parts for our cars.
