MMW's rear strut tower bar

MMW's rear strut tower bar
just wondering if the MMW rear strut tower bar fits underneath the rear flooring or not...all pics are shown with the rear flooring, carpet out of vehicle, understandably...thinking about getting the bar, but don't know if i want to sacrifice the rear flooring...
