Default My tC's suspension

Ok. You gals/guys on here seem to know your ish so Im asking this:

I have a 07 tC. About two years ago I dropped it on some TEIN S Techs. Upgraded to 18's and have had it aligned and so forth when I should. But over the past few months the camber has seemed WAY off. I can feel the inside of the tires are wearing but not that much. Anyway, while parked on a flat surface I noticed that the drivers side rear is sunk WAY WAY more than any other wheel. When I measured the ride hight I am 9 inches from bottom of bumper to ground on passenger side and Im a HOLE INCH AND A HALF LOWER on the drivers. I really dont know suspension, just engine. SO If anyone can throw out any ideas I can look at Id appreciate it! Thanks fellow Scion-ers!

probably sagging springs, iirc shocks wont change ride height just performance/comfort anyways
i would look at your springs, they might be sagging or worse one could have rusted and broken, its happened before wtih hotchkis springs i dont see why it wouldnt happen with otehrs.

I thought only springs affected height? When my stock shocks went, I was on s-techs. The ride got incredibly harsh.

If its the strut, you should be able to push down on the hood and have it bounce quite a bit before stopping. If its the strut, the rebound should be different from the one that is way lower and the one that seems fine. 1.5" seems quite a bit for a blown strut though. Did you go through a tein dealer for the stechs?

If it helps, the car still rides fine other than a noise from the front that I found to be the inner fender snapped and was riding the tire. Fixed that and it went away, but car still drives fine.

Sorry Didnt say above, this is the REAR that has sunk, the REAR drivers side. I can stick 2 fingers side by side in between the tire and fender on passenger side and the tire is tucked in on the drivers. REAR that is

id def. take the tire off to make sure that the spring is still seated properly and everything looks OK.

it's probably your stock struts..they're not made for afrermarket springs imo. so i would get both aftermarket struts and spring at the same time. that might solve ur problem

take the wheel off and see if the spring is broken, as stated before, shocks dont affect ride height.
