Need DC Sports Strut Bar Torque, plz

Sorry to recall an old thread guys, but doing some searching, I've come across a question:
Normally, the top mount on the strut is to be torqued to 38 ft lbs. I recall this from doing the springs. When installing the dc bar, it should now be torqued up to 43ish??
