Default Need help upgrading suspension (Handling)

Right now my car is running on Hotchkis Springs on stock shocks. I'm looking to improve my handling around bends on the highway and exit ramps. The tC feels a little sloppy if you guys know what I mean. I'm not looking to autocross or anything so i don't think coilovers are needed. What do you guys recommend i do? What would be the best bang for the buck?

Thanks guys.

Hotchkis sway bars to compliment your Hotchkis springs

^^^ thats a good add-on or even the trd rear sway bar and any strut bar but the best addition to any car's handaling is a good set of tires

i'll jump on the bandwagon of sways, either just the rear or both rear and front. i have the TRD rear only and it made a world of difference. and its a relatively cheap mod (and easy enough for a caveman to install), just the rear that is.

A rear sway alone with our end links made a HUGE difference in the handling of my wife's tC. It will cost you all of $250 or so.

well, getting aftermarket springs makes it rougher, along with strut bars and sway bars.

The only thing I know that will help is getting new tires that are comfortable and smooth

As a first step, I'd agree with those that suggested the TRD rear sway bar, especially since you can get it HERE for just $145. It's very likely this is the only thing you'll need satisfy your handling requirements, beyond the springs you already have.

The Hotchkis is better BUT you'll be more than pleased with the TRD rear sway

i have hotchkis f/r sways, it set me back about $420. it definitely helps with the handling, youll be able to feel the difference the second you get back on the road. id say get a trd rear sway if you dont want to drop big bucks, but still want a tighter feel.

i have the pro-kit springs and they're nice and still allow for a comfortable ride, and the also make the tc look better
