Default Need Some Help With my D2 Coilovers

I bought these things on here and they've only been on for a couple thousand miles... Thing is one of them is "clunking" really bad and I can't for the life of me figure out what the deal is. I'll be honest too, I haven't the clue about adjusting them. I know how to adjust the damping on them, but height and all I'm lost. I'm almost afraid to mess with them at this point. I know I need to soon though because I'm going to autocross. I have the height all set about even at the moment. when we put them on, we just made sure everything was set about even before bolting them up. Car has been aligned as well since installation. Does anyone have a DIY they can post up or can someone give me some advice so I don't feel so retarded?

The clunking could be a few things. I'd check all of the bolts of the upper strut/shock mounts - front and rear. Make sure they're all tight. Also check the sway bar endlink connections. Those will make a nice clunk if they're even a tiny bit loose.

no oil on it... it has done this since I put it in, and they were brand new.

Ack- thanks, I'm gonna check to make sure everything is tight this weekend.

There is a large nut at the top of the coilover. This needs to be retightened. You can stick and allen key in the shat to keep it from turning, then tighten the bolt on top.
