hey i was wondering if anyone has ever used these axles.. any input is appreciated.. i'm gonna buy some axles but i sure as hell am not going to buy them from the dealer for $500 each..

yeah, ive been looking for axles for future reference, i mean, worst case senario they vibrate or didnt fit or didnt last as long, and it would only be 70 bucks, versus messing up another 500 dollar oem axle later on anyways, i say its worth a shot! lol

hardknox: i don't know if you know this, but rebuilt = new cv boots put on.. that's it. new cv boots and greased bearings.. in no way does it mean that all the parts on the axle are rebuilt. SO, since my bearings are shot, a rebuilt axle doesn't mean anything cuz i already have brand new cv boots that i could just put on myself..

lol, there was grease ALL over the subframe n stuff.. sooo, i knew my boots tore again.. THEN, when i pulled out the axles, the bearings were HELLA loose and it seemed like one of them was about to fall off..

lol sorry - I chose the ones with out the core - it was a little confusing....I got them in today they are BRAND NEW in the box....they look awesome and include a brand new axle nut as well....really nice quality better than oem it seems

core means your paying a higher $$ amount and when you send back in your rebuildable axles they give you the core charge back, usually means the ones your buying are rebuilt and not brand new.. Ones with out cores are usually brand new and not rebuilt...

 

Well I bought one of the $70 one from ebay to replace my driver side that I damaged when I pulled the motor the first time. It held up over 12,000 miles at 250whp and now its held up so far at 320 whp for 5000 miles and is still goin strong - no noticeable difference between it and the stock one.
