Default Pad and rotor change gone wrong?

Tried to do a pad and rotor change on my 05 tc. Got the rears done with no problem but the front caliper bolts were stuck (got the caliper pins out). Just put the fronts back on and tightened everything back up to spec 25 on pins, 34 on bolts.

But now I'm getting all sorts of noise from the front. Grinding, thudding, all sorts if good stuff. All I did was swing out the caliper and then put it back in!?! Any ideas?

Should point out that the noise isn't coming from braking, just general driving. Worse at high moderate speed.

did you lube the caliper guide bolts? Also check to see if the caliper itself is seized.

Well, looks like my torque wrench may be suspect. I pulled over and my front driver side lug nuts where finger loose. Once I wrenched them back on there was no problem. (well so far at least).
