hold up let her call her sponsors ... lol
wow man, you look like a jealous, petty little man right now. Hope it feels good!
it actually does, but thanks for being concerned.
Shoot, More power to her if she is able to get sponsored, Being sponsored isnt easy work, Its not like a company just says here take this product and be on your way, You have to do shows, Media coverage, etc etc, Hell I wish some of those companies would sponsor me! Good Job Malina!!

We are one of Malina's Sponsors and very proud of it! There are not a ton of girls that are into cars like Malina and Joey from the Desert (Insert others here) so that might have something to do it. She has worked hard to get where she is today with her car whether it with money or just plain research, marketing and finding an avenue to work together.

Sponsors are out there looking for consumers that are truely willing to promote their products 24/7 in exchange they work out sponsorship deals for free or some kind of trade in effect. Malina is one that just doesnt talk the talk. She walks the walk. We get 20-30 sponsorship proposals a week and I am sure other companies get more than that. Dont give her a hard time for working with the system. Congradulate her for working hard and help expose products for us to look drool, look and hopefully purchase for our cars.

Again Nice job Malina on the car. It looks great!!

But, it wasnt ur taste ... it was your sponsors taste who put it on. And i think the brake pads in the back are kinda polish since you upgraded !! But hey tell your sponsors to keep up the god work !
So you don't show respect to people who get discounts or hook ups? Everything I have on my car right now would still be on there even if I had to pay full price. I am just lucky enough to have great sponsors and connections so I don't HAVE to pay full price, if anything at all. What is so wrong with that? It doesn't mean I work any less harder. I still have put a ton of money into this car. And nothing on this car is "my sponsors taste", it's all me.
UMMMMMMM NO !! . why should i ?? its like, should i give respect to someone who researched something, wrote an e-mail to the company who makes and gets it for free?? or someone who reasearched the product and put many hours to buy it and put it on ?? I look at life as to earn things, training yourself, working hard for. Not signing a paper, happen to know sombody, and receiving free stuff. Thats just dumb to me. I bet if you actually worked for 1/2 of the things you have on your you wouldnt even have the setup you have now (at least i still maybe wrong). And no, im not jealous and no im not just pushing you to get in a fight. Your car is nice as hell and props to you for having a nice setup. I would just give much more props to somebody who actually researched , and bought the stuff they have on their cars. If somebody gave me something for free , poopie i would take it in a heartbeat. But it wouldnt give myself the boost of self esteem as if i would have bought out of my own wallet. But hey, like i said before do your thang. And dont let people put you down in anyway. Keep up the good work.
wow...

being sponsored, like Kaeon and Rockblocker said, is not an easy thing as everybody thinks...you don't just write an email or just post a thread in the forums that you're looking for somebody to sponsor your car...you have to do proposals, and be ready to talk business...

..and you don't just run away after you get sponsored for a certain product, you have to rep that company and be knowledgeable about the product...some comapanies approach some people and get them sponsored cause they see how much work and dedication is being put on the car, and the company knows they'll get good exposure...

...you are right about working hard and earning things, but isn't that what malina is doing?...and just because she is sponsored, doesn't mean she got it for free...there are different types of sponsorships you know...

ok maybe ... just maybe your not understanding my scioners.... i specifcally let her know and i repeat " i would not give much respect to a person who gets free crap rather then a person who actually bought it and what not" and i again repeat " i myself would love and passionatly would like to be sponsored, (you give me free stuff you damn right im gonna take it.)" And like i said her car is pimp as hell .. aside it being a TC. Its just all of the stuff "i see" and "know about" on her car was givin to her, as like a present. Like you get for christmas and all of your friends dislike the fact that you didnt buy it your mommy and daddy did. Thats it plain and simple. I mean hey whats more hotter then a chic driving a bad ___ car ?? More power to her and all of her other sponorships !!

p.s. on a side note how much "money" do you actually claim you spent on your car in mods that werent givin to you and in what??? and what mods were givin to you ??

Obviously you do not understand how different sponsorships work and it is none of your business how much money I've put into my car. Again, your assumptions couldn't be any more wrong.

you're the one who's not making any sense man...you don't respect anyone who gets "sponsored", yet you passionately would like to be "sponsored"...so you're saying you don't respect yourself?...

here's something that you really don't seem to understand...you bring up your point of being "sponsored" is getting "free crap", and once sponsored you'll go on with your life and turn your back on your sponsor...you obviously don't understand what being "sponsored" really means...i'll repeat again, just because she's "sponsored" doesn't mean she's not spending money on her car...and how much money she spends on her car is not you business..

Denny (Denzinz) of Scion Evolution/Crossfire Audio wrote a very good article about how sponsorships work and tips on how to get it...if i get the file i'll post it up so you can see how sponsorships actually work...

...back to the topic, malina, nice ride and can't wait to see what else is in store for your tC..

OMGGGGGGGGGGG !!!!!!!!!!!!

free crap ?? turning around on sponsors?? dude what the hell are you talking about ?? to narrow it down to illiterate foo's like you .. (cough, cough ... is the mic on ???) ok listen my brotha.. getting free stuff is getting free stuff, yet; buying something and earning it as a way of purchasing it w/out discounts , or hookups, or sponsorships of anykind gives more of a credibility as of someone who just got something from being sponsored. Who would you give more credit to ?? a person who gets a managers posistion because they know someone to give it to them ... or someone who worked hard, went to to school to get a degree to get the job ??? its the same thing if you think about it. If someone is cool enough to give me something for free then your damn right im gonna take it. but i wouldnt be like OOOOO LOOK AT ME, LOOK WHAT I GOT ... there is a standard and a good feeling when you work hard for something rather then have it given to you ! AND DROP THIS SH*T ALREADY .... DAMNNNNNNNNNN !!!

er...there are so many weird ppl on this forum. to show how hard it is to get a sponsor. i'm like 2/10 tries in getting sponsorships.

you either must be very convincing in your proposal or your car must be already noticeable in the industry. both are very hard. for the first reason, its liek finding a good new excuse for why you didn't do your homework for school. evreybody already have taken a good idea of why they would be a good rep. repeating it wouldn't do the company any good.
