anyone have problems scraping the bottom of the car coming out of driveways with the trd's? do trd's require an angled maneuver out?

does anyone have a list of springs available for the tC and how much they drop ya????

i want low but a bearable ride since the wifee will be driving it... i might just go with coilovers but not sure.

 

Kinda depends on how steep your driveway is. I've only scraped it barely one time when I was parking I went up too far on the curb. Didnt have any damage though. Only thing with TRD's is I go slower over speedbumps and try to dodge potholes more because you can feel them alot more than stock. So for regular driving I dont worry about it too much until I have to park somewhere with high curbs.

 

i used to have tein s-techs and those were 2.4 in the front and 2.0 in the rear...



now i have progress tech coilovers and they drop you 1.5 on install alone and then you can adjust the height anywhere from 1 to 3 inches lower. that's a total drop of 4.5 max!!

Hey Gortok, I think you're the first one with Tanabe springs- how do they look? I think the rain's supposed to clear out either tomorrow or saturday, so you can take some pictures and I can wash my car.

Anyway, I've decided (90% sure) on the Hotchkis springs and swaybars. You losers convinced me.
