Default Question on Tein SS-P's...

Hi there everyone. This is my first post and...hopefully I don't sound too "noobish" here...but here I go.

I tried looking up this issue with regards to the end links on my suspension, but I wasn't able to find anything exactly pertaining to what I was facing. Recently I got my Tein SS-P's installed, and I was taking it out for a drive after everything had been completed. Later that day, I heard this really big "clunk" kind of sound, like metal against metal, and it really boggled my mind...cause I had no idea what was going on except for the fact I heard it come from my suspension somewhere. Anyways, long story short, I take it back to the shop the next day, they put it on the lift, and then they identify that my end links are too long, thus causing my bottom mounting brackets of my Teins to hit my sway bar when I turn fully left or right.

Now...has anyone else had this problem before? From my searching, I couldn't see anything identical to this, so I was wondering is it possible the install was done incorrectly, or was it a flaw in Tein's design? Please help!
