I wouldn't think it would do to much either. It's not the bottom of our cars that flexs to badly, i notice the flex in the upper body, which is why I put a cpillar bar in. It helped a small bit.
I think this one on our cars is only connecting solid parts and nothing that actually moves so it is completely pointless. Buy it and use it to beat people trying to jack your ish.
