Default Ride Quality on Progress Coilover

I just had to remove the turbo from my tc... and install a new engine. Anyways, I have progress coilovers on it, and never realized that the ride was so bumpy. I don't remember it being as bad as it is. Going like 20-30 mph in 2nd and 3rd is a very bad ride.. Wondering if anyone else has Progress in their ride. Also I'm in the military so it was about two years since I drove the car again. That's why I don't remember it being so bad of a ride, but maybe I wasn't paying attention as much because it had the turbo system.. The whole ordeal has been a bad experience for me. I want as much of a decent ride quality without all the bouncing.. I'm done with all the aftermarket stuff, and have spent enough money that I should have something like a infiniti g37. The suspension is about the last thing I'm going to fix on it.. It's really been a bad experience.. What's out there that will give me a nice comfortable, non bouncy ride, for Southern California roads.. And some of these roads are pretty jacked..

I'm looking for the least bouncy ride. I don't like driving on flat roads, and have the car bouncing like it is going over bumps. What kind of suspension is going to give me the least bounce..

I've already dropped my car, and I like the way it looks. Again the problem I have is that these coilovers feel really bouncy now.. I don't remember it like that at all. I installed them over 2 years ago, and haven't driven it much due to deployments with the military. When I drive on flat streets it feels like I'm going over a bunch of bumps the whole time. Now would the TRD shocks and spring combo give a smoother ride?

Also, I forgot to add that I have hotchkis front and rear sways, along with Greddy front and rear struts. For the sways, could the settings on it have an effect to how much the car bounces?
