Default rubbing noise ?

when im driving and make a turn (left or right ) at 15 20 mph there seems to be a rubbing sound coming from the pass side rear tire ? and at higher speeds you can hear it also ? anyone else have or had this problem idk what it could be .
one of my buddys took my car for the day and came back and he said it sounding like i had a bad wheel baring ? it made this sound sence i got it from the dealer ship last year . once i told them they said that it didnt do that when they had it and that i did it to the car ?
