Im installing My s-techs right now and was wondering if i have to cut the rear bump stops

yup, cut all 4 in half. But if you're already done, better to have them in there no matter the size compared to none at all.

i didnt cut mine. but im thinkin bout cuttin my front to see if i can get my front lower but i guess im a noob and dont see how cuttin them will lower it.

Cutting the stops won't lower it any more. They're there just in case you bottom out so the metal parts of the strut don't 'clang' together.
