Default S-techs? H-techs? or WHAT?

So im debating, this friday im purchasing springs... Can I get some thoughts about the S-techs vS. H-techs.. or any other springs..

For all of those with the s-techs on stock wheels...ever scrap on your driveway or any bumps or anything?

s-techs are real low. H-techs are a bit higher. I'm on trds which are much more minimal, but covered under warranty and doesn't put the car in danger. If I could do it again and warranty wasn't an issue, i'd probably go with the hotchkis. Between the two tein springs, i'd go with h-techs. S-techs are just too low and I personally don't think they are attractive.

STechs and Hotchkis are lower than HTechs...

HTechs and Tanabe NF210s are about the same drop, which is lower than TRD...

^^ When I look at this picture. It looks like Stech and Hotchkis settles the same stance. Correct me if I'm wrong. :D

^^ I think that has the same drop as my car. I dunno about the rear, but definitely the front. I'm running on Hotchkis. Either way, they're pretty!!! :D

being in california...H-tech would be better for you. With S-Techs, you will scrape ur front end a lot on the streets and our bumpy freeways

My friend has Hotchkis and he can't get in my driveway...
HTechs , NF210s (mine) and TRDs are close but clear without dragging.

Iv got the H-Tech's...love them only scrapped once or twice in the 5months ive had them and both times were my fault not paying attention and being a dumba$$....even if i could do over i would stick with the H-techs...ride is great hardly any difference then stock!

i run stechs and an rs1 lip kit daily. I hardly ever have problems get over things and into places. The only times i do, i attribute it to carelessness.

s-techs are a money spring! my ride quality is great and i dont have any problems scraping unless i dont pay attention when going into a deeper driveway. just pay attention. youre driving a lowered car. you have to pay attention a little more with any lowering spring. if you dont want to go with such an aggressive drop then i would do the h-techs. hope this helps.

I agree with Neothin and nightrider051 - I just installed my s-techs on Friday and I'm extremely happy with them. I had TRDs but still had some wheel gap. Overall, the s-techs ride slightly stiffer and its only really noticeable when (slowly!) going over speed bumps.

I have the oem lipkit and my 19s should be coming in this week. I don't think I'll have any daily drivability problems as long as I'm paying attention.

i had h-techs and wasn't happy with them, the rear sits very noticeably higher and it always bugged me. i've got hotchkis now which are much more even. so i'd say go with hotchkis.
