Default S Tech's vs. TRD springs

i dont know which one to get...i would like to drop it soon but my only problem is how low each one is gonna be....i was wondering if any one can tell me how low the trds will be from factory...i think they are 1" drop if i am not mistaken but i dont know what the drop on the S techs are...

if someone can show me a picture of trd springs on a tc and s techs on a tc..

I have the TRD springs. I love the ride and the look with them. If i could do it again though i would of liked to go a tiny bit lower and i think the S-Techs will give you that. Teins will for sure. But i am still very pleased with the TRD.

Shoe_Here I must say that's one good looking tC. BTW SpUnKyTC if you decide on TRD's we have them in stock. <<<shamless plug!! sorry.

I hate the way the TRD's look. I personally would go with S-Tech's or H-Tech's.

TRD's look good to me! TEIN have too much of a drop for me, especially with the speed bump i have around town! Unless i have coilovers? then thats a different story!

i would get the teins, but im gonna be getting the lip kit soon and with-out the teins the tC looks slammed already! i wouldnt want to be scrapping my lip kit already! so if you want a BIG drop go with the TEINS, if you want a drop tha looks good, go with the TRD's, thats what im gonna get in about 2 weeks!

BTW, dont go to the dealership to get them installed! my dealer quoted me $550 for labor! I laughed in his face! i found someone else for $100 for labor and allignment! it sounded good to me!

I got TRD springs and TRD shocks waiting to be installed along with my Hotchkis sway bars and I can't wait to get them on. I'm up in Massachusetts so I didn't want my tC to be a snow plow in the winter if it was too low. The combination of the shocks and springs seems liek it will be perfect for me, but I'll update with info once they're on my car.

for the hotckins its at least a 2 inch drop all the way around. i know because i measured the before and after. the figure you posted is >=1.97 drop.
