Saving for suspension need help on what to get!!
Im on a $1400 budget and am looking to upgrade my suspension FULLY! My first choice is to get the megan racing coilovers but I don't know if I need the hotchkis rear camber links set if I get those coilovers.. what do you think? Also the hotchkis sway bar set seems to be essential but, I've heard so much crap about the front bar that its making me think about getting a rear bar instead what do you think? Any help is appreaciated.
well here's some1 selling the coilovers.

oooo that one.....i thought you were meaning the rs one or the dc sports one. very few people have hotchkis front strut bars but yes from what ive heard they do work well....didnt even think of that one. i still advise getting the sway set and doing it right.
Front strut bar does make a difference. Just not as much as the rear sway.
Yanki, nice list, but please for the love of god, if you're going to get springs, get new shocks. I hope that 800.00 price estimate includes new shocks.

you need to decide what you want from your suspension first. there are many ranges of spring rates...from mild like the TRD's all the way to extreme like the tein basics or super streets. the stiffer you go the more jarring the ride is gunna be on rough pavement. coilovers are a complete assembly with spring and strut together and the ride height is adjustable. but if you just get springs you would need to upgrade your struts as well. a beefy rear swaybar is a must for this car to help rotate the rear in a turn. a front swaybar helps but is really not nessesary if you dont plan to drive on the track or in autocross events. dont waste your money on strutbars, they do more to dress up your enginebay than to actually help in the handling department. and dont worry about camber, there is enough adjustment in the car to get it in spec. you will be fine as long as you dont copy the honda community and lower the car so much that it will kill your struts and make your car handle worse than stock.
ohh and most importantly. its been said already...sticky rubber will do more than any other mod to help your car handle better.

I have the H&R Coilovers (http://www.hrsprings.com) and will soon have their Rear Sway Bar.
Highly recommended!
