Show off your Big Brake Kit (BBK)..
to those of you with BBK and mesh wheels: (as of now FlintMica)
Did you have to buy spacers to make the wheels fit? im still unsure on whether a Willwood or Rotora kit will fit my wheels without the need for spacers.

no i dont have any spacer's on my wheels and my kits the 330mm kit (13") and it's really really close. the offset on my wheels up front are +42 i think, and its a 8.5" wide wheel. if all goes to plan i should get my stockies back either tomorrow or friday to test if they fit over the bbk
well im not gone yet, i have to see how friday goes.
they are telling me so far with no trade in (hypothetical) and buying the car at sticker (yea right) it will cost me 6500 to get to where i wanna be which isnt a big deal once i sell my parts

to everyone, its not the offset that makes the difference its the design of the spokes.
I had flint micas wheels custom made to fit a bbk, my new wheels are like that.
it depends on the wheel NOT THE OFFSET. think about how spacers work, they push the wheel further out without changing the wheel face, now think about a different offset wheel, all it does is change the location of the face on the wheel barrel. once again IT DEPENDS ON THE WHEEL NOT THE OFFSET. you could have a 18x7 et+45 that will fit but then a 18x9.5 et+20 that wont. it depends on the build of the wheel. hope this is clear now.
