Jeez. All I did was fall asleep for 2 hours. lol Jon and Fabian are right. New tires, pads, and rotors > bbk anyday. Especially on our cars. That's why I opted to not get a bbk but had some custom work done on my brakes instead.

That's because it's clamping harder and faster. I can make my stock brakes feel 100x better if I slammed on the brake everytime I used it.

i LOL'd at this. you don't actually think they just put breaks out there without testing them!?

rotora is a reputable company that makes a good product. They're not the best but either is anything available for the tc relative to other products. I don't consider them the megan racing at ALL - all megan and k sport do is copy other companies products, you don't see rotora copying other companies, they manufacturer custom kits for whatever you want. If you wanted a 14 piston caliper front brake kit, they'll make it. You know how? R&D.

don't be so ignorant. nothing against you, if you don't like them fine but theres no reason to bring them down for that reason

^^I see where your coming from but if you think about it..BBKs arent cheap. I highly doubt someone would buy BBKs just for looks. They expect to put them to use..lol not just for baller status. BBKs arent just used for a racetrack, it can be used for spirted driving.

^^^ I'm one of them that doesn't mind spending the money to gets 'em for just looks... need something to compliment open spaced wheels, lol.

BTW, does anyone know of any other BBK brand that has the rear upgrade available also? I think StopTech has 'em, but I'm searching for more options.

NOBODY had a big brake kit for the rear. enough of this for christ stakes, its been said over and over again.

the only thing that makes the rear brakes bigger is powerslot plus rotors, which utilize stock calipers.

(didnt mean to snap, i drank half a bottle of nyquil, i had only 3 cigs all day (im trying to quit and i usually have 3/4 of a pack...) and i have to write a shttty paper for one of my calsses that i just finished)

anyways, yea

if you must have a bbk for the front, and you want something for the rear, just upgrade to powerslot plus and paint your calipers to match the front.

fastbrakes developed a rear wilwood brake kit. I believe 4 piston calibers. So yes there are rear brake kits.

I'm with DavedavetC, I think the best way is to get powerslot plus rotors for the rears (at least they're around the same size as the front BBK's).

Now, having said that and taking into account that I have full knownledge of a non-existant rear BBK (not requiring retro'd)...can you put a big caliper on the powerslot plus rotors for the rear? I know it would qualify as retrofiting, but it would be a decent setup.

I put on my wilwood bbk with the different rotors, looks like i'll be needing some wheels with a diesel offset

i was barely able to put the wheel on with 1 lug nut 1/4 of the way in

if i was to stick to stockers, i'd be looking at 15mm spacers (10-20mm, not sure didn't measure) and some new studs probably

i said eff it and i'll get some new wheels
