Default Somebody help me w my strut prob!

Ok I'm taking my struts out to put on lowering springs. SO far it was easy just needs allot of diff types of tools.

I took off all the bolts but it still doesnt come out because of the drive axle. How do I ]detach it from that? Do I need a huge 26MM socket to take the drive axle end off? Can somebody who knows this give me a quick pointer on where all the bolts and attachments off so I know for sure. Also do I have to disconnect that blue hose that is attatched?
