springs and bars
ok i have the money for my springs but want from a 1.5-1.9 inch drop, what are the best springs for looks, handling and reliabitlity hotchkis or tien. also i am goin to get sway bars for better handling which is best for them hotchkis ore trd and i should probably get a front sway bar to so i dont stiffen the back and then the front be loose right, thanks

search, it has been said many times.
hotchkis front and rear are alot better than the trd rear, and both tein and hotchkis make fine springs.
it really comes down to how low do you want to go, both in ride height, and in price for parts and installation.

It really depends. If you dont drive on a lot of uneven, bumpy streets and dont mind a harsher ride on those surfaces, then hotchkis sways are better. TRD is probably a better choice for all around driving with a good performance increase and decent handling on bumpy city streets. The hotchkis set is definitely better for smoother surfaces, but too stiff on the sways and you hurt your traction in corners... it is a strange balance
As far as the front being too loose, a stiffer bar in the rear makes the rear loose, a stiffer bar in the FRONT makes the front loose. Loose is generally used to describe easy to slide out on you. So the better way of saying it is the stiffer the rear, the more oversteer, the stiffer the front, the more understeer.
