Default Steering noise Help?

I have a 2008 scion tc that was involved in a front end accident in december 2007 my entire passenger side front end was replaced. SInce then i installed tein s techs. its been like 3 months since installing them and now i have a clunking noise in the front end. at first i thought it was a strut problem, but when i hit pot holes or bumps it really doesnt make a noise. the only time it makes a noise is when i acclerate or decelerate. I checked the tightness of the bolt on the top struts and it is completely tight. 2 months prior i had the steering rack and wheel bearing replaced by the dealer.
pretty much my front end is junk. what do you think could be the problem
