Whenever i take a hard right hand corner and the front drivers side wheel is under a lot of load i hear a strange noise. Any ideas what this might be?

 

"Strange noise"?? That's junk. You have to give us more than that. But it could be anything. Everything makes noise when its under heavy load. What you think is "strange" might be normal. Probably signs of a wheel bearing going out though at this point with the given information.
