TRD and Progress have rear sway bars that are basically the same (Progress makes the TRD, but has an extra adjustment position and includes adjustable endlinks) and both greatly improve handling. H&R make a nonadjustable rear bar that's stiffer than TRD and Progress, and doesn't require a front sway bar like Hotchkis. Hotchkis has a front and rear set that's very popular, especial with strut/spring upgrades. Suspension Techniques (ST) has a front and rear set as well, but on paper they look like they would induce more over steer if you didn't have stiff adjustable rear coilovers.

TRD or Progress is a safe bet no matter what your overall suspension setup is, and is usually enough for most people. H&R is good if you like a little oversteer. Hotchkis and ST are the most adjustible.

any sway bar that's not stock will work good with the tC.
