Well ill take a stab at this. For one if your going with suspension lol a k&n wont help much. Now that thats outta the way with sway bars if your looking for front and rear go with the hotchkis ones. Alot of people on here love them, some people complain there too stiff. If you want something decent you could go with the trd rear sway. I know the instigator on here did a track test with the trd setup and it faired pretty damn well. Thats really the only options you have on sways. For springs you have alot of options there as well, however you dont HAVE to buy them with the sways but they help all that much more and make the car look alot nicer. Id reccomend getting some springs anyway. Well i know other people will chime in but just giving my .02

hmm... i would recommend saving up for coilovers since most people with springs wanna upgrade their shocks eventually anyway... but then you can do both (springs and shocks).. still cheaper that way i guess. the front sway bar is not necessary, and for choices of the rear sway bar, i personally like progress's as they include new endlinks as well.

you can also check out trdsparks.com as they actually set up packages convienently for you and they have the best prices around.

I agree with WeDriveScions follow his set up. You don't have to buy springs and shocks to put on a rear sway bar but like SSMtC05 I'd get them anyway. Now if you really want a front sway bar them go for the Hotchkis set up. I think they're the only company that offers a front bar anyway. Now i will tell you this the front sway bar is a pain to install and even if you know what you're doing you'll need help. Just a heads up.

Springs and shocks/struts I say either TRD or Hotchkis. The TRD's are covered by the factory warranty and are made to work with the stock shocks & struts if you choose to. Personally I like the Hotchkis springs because of the drop. Before you make a decision on what suspension set up you're going with do some research. What I like or someone else likes may be too harsh for you.

As far as an intake I'd have to say Injen. It can be used as a short ram or cold air. GSC did a dyno test on 4 or 5 intakes with the Injen being one of them. It gained the most power out of all the ones they tested.

I put some links to our suspension page and the Injen intake below. All the suspension parts we have are listed on it. Let me know if I can help.

I preface this with I dont know how serious you want your car to handle and what kind of ride you are willing to live with for a daily driver.........Ok....Here we go.... First of all I suggest choosing a spring/shock or coilover setup before you play with sway bars cause that can have a BIG impact on which ones are best for you. Also make sure that the Spring Rate and Dampener Rate are well matched to prevent that springy-bouncy feeling ride......Now for the swaybars. First of all the Purpose of a Sway bars in general is to flatten out the ride of the car and ADD/Compliment its handleing ability/suspension choice. Now taking that into account you can also adjust HOW it handles. IE: If you have alot of understear (Push) that you want to tighten up the rear sway bar to compensate and shift the load over the front tires.....THE LONG VERSION.....If the rear is set up tight and you are turning into a hard right hand turn....the rear swaybar will force the right rear tire to lift (compress) off the ground (three wheeling). This forces the other tires (Mostly the front right) to take up the weight load and therefore reducing understeer. Now if your sway bar(s) are so beefy that they create oversteer in highspeed long corners but you dont want to take any tension out of the rear you can put in rear camber links and find tune the rear end....Granted that I only suggest this for racing application as it can cause your tires to wear extremely uneven and also will effect feel on when driving on public roads. I could go on and on and on about this but I have already said to much....If any of you want to know/discuss more let me know. I am happy to help if I can.

I just bought the Hotckis F/R sways, but scared to change springs to anything firmer than stock due to poor road condition. Is there any coilovers and/or strut combos that can give me comfort M-F and then AUTOX firmness once a month? I was thinking Tokico Illuminas with Ground Control Coilovers.
