Default tein coilover durability and installation

Just wondering... how long do coilovers last compared to regular struts and springs?? After installing the coilovers what else must be done?? alignment?

Alignment is good. Maybe double check the bolts and collars after a few miles just to make sure everything is good.

This might be pure BS, I'm not sure... but my guess would be that if it's a quality set of coilovers, you should get a good long life out of them. Comparable to the life you would get out of aftermarket springs/struts elsewhere.

Though I'm willing to bet someone here has had COs on some other vehicle for a while and can give more info than that.
