Not at all, it's not that different from stock ride to be honest. But then again the H-Tech's are not as aggressive of a drop as the S-Tech's. If it's a nice sized pot hole you may need to dig you teeth out of your jaw but that's expected.

smart choice man. H-techs rock! Perfect drop. Not to low and not to high. perfect for city driving and for cars with a little more offset in the wheels.. Also ride is pretty close to factory until you hit the twisties!

I've always loved the H-Tech drop. Keep us updated with the ride.

Do you have to align the car after you install springs yourself? Thanks

hey hows your ride going? looks great!, i think i have my mind set on the H-tech than the S-tech although its a nice slammed look, if i get a rs1 lip kit in the future or something i dont wanna have to really worry about scraping or anything like that.

but my main question is, how long was your install? and was it difficult?
im planning on getting them this week acutally

The care is doing great but to be honest I'm selling it. After having my son I just can't fit him in the back without throwing my own back out. As for picking between the two springs I think you'll like the H-Tech set better, I'm still able to go over large speed bumps without smacking the bottom of the car. It handles great and feels 200% better than stock!

The install was not bad, it took us a while to do the rears but the fronts were cake. You have to play with getting the rears off some, they don't just pop right off. Other than that I think you'll love the end result!

Good Luck!

alright thanks, yeah i think i MIGHT go with the H-tech instead of S-tech, but i like the drop of them, cause i really dont wanna have to worry about scraping the exhaust, or future lip kit, or bottoming out with passengers cause i ride with 4 people ocassionally, even though they all weigh less than 160 or so, how long did your install take? cause i might be getting springs this week and me and some friends are gonna do it cause i dont wanna pay for labor -.- hehe

What do you think the H-Techs would be like on 18's? I hope it won't be too Low. I'm debating between TRD's and H-Techs.
