Tokico shocks + Cold weather = ?
Here we go again guys...
I have a set of Tokico shocks with TRD lowering springs.
Whenever it is chilly out (below 50 degrees) and I go over a bump, I hear a rattling near my rear left wheel. It sounds like....if you took a marble, put it in a heavy plastic cup and shook it.
At first I thought that the shock was blown, but anytime its over 50 degrees, the car rides and goes over bumps like a dream...no sounds AT ALL and smooth as can be. This has been going on ever since November and I got the shocks last summer.
I'm wondering what could possibly be the problem....or if it is my shock at all...possibly my hatch? It hasnt been great at lifting my trunk anymore (all I have is a lip spoiler, but my car is an '05 so it's getting older now).
