you see, the key characteristics of the TRD rear sway bar are its red finish and GIANT TRD badge in the middle. please tell me you didn't buy that thinking it was a TRD bar.

lol its all good. its not like your going to see it anyways. plus i got it from trdsparks along with their shocks so i know its legit.

 

Mine too. Just a label with TRD part # below it. Mine is real since you do see TRD part label on the box & dealer shipping label.

It's got two settings. Racing & street. And if it weighs 14 lbs.


Here's what a OEM sway looks like...



My cats wanted to model with it. lol This weighs about 2 lbs. Only has one setting.

 

I don't think the trd rear sway has a badge. I know the front strut is badged. But now I think about it the 3 trd sways I've seen. Didn't have the stamp.

 

Definitely not TRD. TRD has two sets of holes on the end. One for the street, one for the track setting.

 

Appreciate the input. I thought they should be red but I would swear I saw them offered in black at one time. I think they sell a limited edition chromed version on trdsparks.

I believe you're thinking of the front strut bar, not the rear sway.

 

actually got my TRD rear sway in today, and it doesnt have a badge just a sticker.
