I have just the trd springs and its pretty bouncy do the trd shocks help with that? I'd love if the shocks would lower me down a spidge more haha.

I have both and I don't know what you are talking about with the bouncyness. I would guess it is just with the springs on the stock socks. My friend was just riding in my car the other day and was surprised how well it rides being lowered.

I'm gonna weigh in on this, the TRD struts do make the car sit lower than any combo I have seen! Frankly i would love a little higher stance. Potholes suck! And so do most driveways!
