Default TRD sus. set problem(need help plz!!)

Hi, all
I got FM tC with 18"
I've got my TRD suspension set few months ago. and I relized that my car is too bouncy and uneven balance (left side is lower).
I've read some articles here and thought my shocks may be blown.
Is it really blown or install guy did wrong? (I got these kit from website and installed at BigOtires ) the reason I could guess is that my front left tire was blown when I passed a depression on the ground. <==that's why I got my new 18" rims
Any advice is welcome. Plz help~

The first thing I would do would be to go back to Big O and have them check out the install and the parts. They should have a warranty on their work. If the parts are alright, then you have an install problem. If the parts are bad, your next step is to go to the Dealer for a TRD parts warranty. Hope that helps.

Thanx Ken
My suspension set is from your web-site, so I want to believe that your parts are fine.

Default TRD

Yeh, all the parts come straight from TRD and are covered under their warranty. The local Dealer has to inspect and determine if there is a defect in the products and if there is, the Dealer needs to call TRD at 800 688-5912 and talk to the guys on the help desk and they'll walk him through the process. In all of the years I have been doing this, I've never had a defective suspension part, but I have run into a dozen bad installs where the installer did not get things together properly and a 2nd look and adjustment has gotten everyone of them handled at the installers. Let me know how you make out with Big O.
