Default Turning noise?

Need help! I have a 2005 stock tC, 66K--I put Nitto Neo-gens on it 3-4 months ago, had the brake pads replaced a month or so ago.

Car was doing perfect for 2 1/2 weeks after the brakes, and then...when I turn or slow down I have a rubbing noise. It almost sounds like I have a bad rotor. To make the matter worse, this weekend I was backing up, the passenger wheel won't turn all of the way.

I had it checked out today, they checked the rotors, brakes, axels & say nothing is wrong. The more I drive the car, the worse it gets.

Any ideas?????
