Unable to do allignment after spring install?!?!?! WTF?
After I installed my S-techs I took the tC to the dealer to get an alignment in order to keep my tires for life. they said I cant get it done because of the drop and its all screwed up. I was ____sed, like wtf??? anybody else have this problem?

Second step of the procedure is to verify static height is within specs - if it is not, you can't do the next step until it is. (The odd way it is measured allows for different actual ride heights because of non-standard tire and wheel sizes. If the measurements are not correct (A minus B and D minus C) then the suspension geometry has been changed enough that using factory alignment numbers is meaningless.)
Here's what the factory manual says:
Maybe an independent shop would ignore that...a Scion or Toyota shop shouldn't.
