Default Uneven coilovers?

Hello SL! This might seem like a stupid question but i dont know what to do haha. So i running on tanabe sustec pro s-0c coilovers. The rears seem to be off. I dropped the rear left and right coils to the exact same position. However, the height of the car came out different. There is about a one inch different in height.

The image will explain my problem. Thank you!

If this is an obvious problem and answer please respectful in your response. im new at this lol

How long, or actually how many miles have been put on the suspension. If you're the only one in the car this whole time that's possibly why it's settled more to the driver side, and I think it's also the side with extra weight of the transmission(someone correct if I'm wrong on this).

coilovers are adjustable. find out your ideal height. measure from the center of the wheel to the fender. and adjust all of them to be that same measurement. then your done

I had the same ordeal, the left was lower than the right even when I had the tein s tech. Now I have HKS RS coilovers and I have the left adjusted past halfway up the threads and the right is almost all the way down just to keep both sides symmetrical. Downside is that the left is preloaded.

You could try and find someone with scales and balance the suspension with close to ideal height.

Did you properly assemble the coil overs? Did you double-check?

Very True! but then the coils will be not be adjusted to the same threads. It just seems wrong to that haha. Is is going to be my temporary fix though. Thanks!

You're welcome.
Before you spend the money on corner-weighting, be absolutely sure they are assembled and installed correctly. Then, get a reputable alignment. Cornerweight is important if you are racing.
When I built and installed my Koni/Ground Controls, I read the directions, made sure they were exactly the same before I installed them, read the directions again, installed them, adjusted them in pairs ( fronts or rears ).

Whenever I'm not absolutely sure I know what I'm doing, like when I had to disassemble the struts for the Koni inserts, I take it to a local shop that I trust. Better safe than sorry. Besides, I spent a little money there, display their decals at the races, now they give me a nice discount, after I proved myself( but that's another post...)

There's a reason why people with coils should corner balance. Not only will you actually get a handling improvement from it, but it will even out the car nicely.
