What to do?? need advice
poll below....
so i have had my car since nov 04 and within a month I bought tein s-techs and have been using then on stock shocks struts since.....
my shock/strut replacement is beyond overdue and now I need advice on what route to take...
1. I love my s-tech and don't want to replace them, but with the years they have on my car do I need to replace my springs....
if not....
Would it be better to replace my shocks with tokico hps, or Koni?
I plan to start auto-x once every 1/4 or whenever I get a chance to hit up the college station area....
Now If i have to replace my springs would raceland coils actually be a good move for auto x?
i know its a lot but some nice feedback will be helpful

yeah trd springs on trd shocks would work nice too. I dont see why not save a few bucks and just get tokcio HP. Plus, if any of the shocks go bad, you can individually replace them, unlike TRD shocks where it only comes in sets of 4s.
Tokico hp = cheap OEM replacement
Koni = world-class high-performance damper ($$$)
If you are looking for something cheap to put on with lowering springs, use the Tokicos. If you want a legitimate high-performance damper, buy the Konis. They are better than any of the crap that comes out of Japan, no matter what JDM tyte brand they are.
Springs do not wear out over 5 years. In fifteen years you may notice they've started to sag a bit. But not in five years.
