Where to get WILWOOD Brakes?
hey guys,
just wanted to know if anyone has a clue where i can purchase Wilwood brake kit for my Scion tC. I mean i hear it was pose to be out? and i did a search ..and still nothing. If you guys could help it would be nice thanx

i think stop tech's brakes work better than wilwood. They did a test on braking on the rsxs and stop tech did better. Any reason your going for wilwood other than name?
Sorry Taek, but I might hurt your sale again. A properly sized 6 piston and 4 piston will have no difference in performance. One of the only differences you will get is increased heat capacity from a larger pad. In certain circumstances more pistons may be necessary to allow more clamping force (escalade, H2, 200+ MPH race cars) but on a street car (or even a full race tC) its only benefit is bragging rights. A downside to more pistons (especially if not properly sized) is that pedal feel will be worse than stock as more fluid needs to be displaced in order to actuate the pistons. This means a longer pedal throw, less driver feedback and brake modulation will be more difficult. Unfortunately, companies have been pushing the more pistons = better myths which is simply not true.
