Im thinking about getting tein Hi-Tech or tein S-Tech. Which one is better for my Tc if im not planning to change the shocks any time soon? I really dont want it to go that low since here in Puerto Rico the streets are usually really bad and we have speed bumps EVERYWHERE. If you can post pictures of the S-Tech and the Hi-Tech. I would like to see the difference between them. Which ride is smoother?

H-Techs.

 

s techs are way too low!!! so go with the h techs!!!

 

smoother==>H.techs

Looks better ====> S.techs

 

htechs - poss run with original shocks
stechs - Will need to replace oem shocks with aftermarket

Technically you wouldnt need to replace the shocks/struts even with the S Techs ... but you will need to sooner. It really depends on your driving and the environment you are in. Also, how have you treated your car up until now.

 

coz i saw people saying that their shocks were blown coz the s.tech...so i dont even understand

If you can afford to, yes. But if you are going to spend $700+ on that you might as well get coilovers.

I just installed my H.Techs and I am VERY happy with them. For $160 it was the best upgrade for the price.
