not tein basic right ??

 

Try searching for "Tein Basic." It'll narrow it down a bit, but you'll still have to dig through a lot of threads.

That's what I figured. Too busy doing LED swaps to update his profile.

 

just like me too lazy to put mud guards and scion floor mats (go figure i didnt get them with the car) on mine. .lol

 

i dont think the basics are compatible with edfc, so he probably has the ssp

The EDFC isn't compatible with the Basics or the regular Super Streets. It's only compatible with the Super Streets with Pillowball Upper Mount.

 

I want Basics so much. I don't make enough to afford them anytime soon though.

I heard from dealer ship guy that has tc 05

 

I read all the thread and learned spring only last 20k miles.
and you have to buy a new strut ...

ok here is question...

If i buy coilover then do i have to change strut also ?
after 20k ? or so ?

how long basic will last ??

coilovers are essentially a spring and shock package. as for how long they last...who knows, lol

 

the only reason you have to replace the factory struts is because they cant handle the additional load the springs bring on when you put lowering springs on. The struts blow, the springs last for almost forever. It's the struts that go... At this point its personal preference... coilovers, or struts and springs?

 

Some members who are running aftermarket spring with the stock struts have over 20k miles on them. Depending on the drop and rate of the spring, and style of driving, the OEM struts can last quite a while with aftermarket springs.
