Default Why no love for..

Whats the reason for the lack of h&r springs being used on the tc's? I see a lot using there coilovers but rarely any of the sport or race springs and finding pics of the h&r sports is even more rare. Im looking to get h&r sports and im trying to get a good feel for what stance they give the tc. I have heard they are a good company, so im sure thats not the reason for the lack of use..only thing i can figure is they are more costly then others that offer lower drops..like the hotchkis. Im not looking for a drastic drop for my tc..especially since my car at stock height barely clears my driveway as it is..so with any drop im going to have to be creative with my entrance and exits, i would be set on the trd but i hate how some look to sit lower in the back then the front. The h&r race is 1.4/1.3" drop so im trying to figure out if it sits more level?

I share your thoughts exactly!
I wanted that H&R drop to begin with.
im actually going to be going from TRDs to those 1.4/1.3 H&Rs at some point.
i didnt get them at first cause of how expensive they are like prolly most and i found my TRDs for $100 installed. but i have a chance now to trade my TRDs for some s-techs and imma sell the s-techs for money to buy the H&Rs.

I figured it had to be more to do with the price than anything...ive been researching them and most agree they are great springs..just havent been able to find much in the tc world on them. Im think im def. gonna go with the h&r sports and trd shocks, you guys think they will work well when paired with the trd shocks?

the springs are only $224 at tirerack and thats the cheapest place i could find them so i bought them there. ive had them for 20k miles and they're great on stock shocks. (no bubble head action or anything) i dont have pics of them but they are the same as the trd springs just a tab lower in the front. it gives you the lower front look. best stance for me.

I've wanted these springs for months. I've been set on getting these. These are an excellent pair of springs from what i've heard. I think the price does scare people away, but like you I want a drop lower than TRD but less than hotchkis. Ppl just go with tein's cause of the massive drop. I plan on gettting 18's with this drop, so it should result in perfect wheel gap for me. Ultimately, GET THEM!....so you can tell me how they are (include pics)
