Out of curiousity... why would you want to put Celica springs on the tC? I mean, there are actually quite a few companies that make springs for the tC as is... is there some reason to go with the Celica ones?

They sponsored you but gave you springs for another car? Whether they fit or not shouldn't matter, but that just seems odd.

they are still developing the springs for the tC, as well as their coliovers. because of this, i got the celica springs which fit perfect. the only differance is more of a drop. instead of 1.75", its a little more then 2"

true, most springs end up being lower than what they advertise. my accord was dropped 1.5" and I had good clearance between tire and fender PARKED (bout 2 fingers) but when my roommate and I would sit down, I couldn't fit half my pinky (if that is even possible). I would rather go with .8" and then get a 1" drop than go 1.25" and get a 1.5".

what i am saying is the b%g springs that i have are made for a celica, and the drop is 1.75" (on a celica). b&g told me it would drop the tC a little more than 2". so if you install celica springs, i would say add an extra .2 to .25" more drop, depending on the springs rating. If i were you, i would just go with the trd springs/shocks. or get a coilover kit that you can do a minimun drop of 1"

has there been any problems driving with the springs from a celica.I only ask because my H&R sportlines are the only part i have left from my celica that i haven't been able to sell yet and if i can save 200 bux why not.Are there any camber kit out for the tc cause im sure most of the springs i saw for the tc have 1 hell of a drop to them?

hotchkis sells a rear camber kit for the tc. newer celice springs should work fine on a tc

I dont think I would want springs built for a car that is 400 lbs lighter than the tc on mine.

I was more concerned with performance. I would rather have a spring that was designed to perform correctly on the car I am installing it on rather than a car of completely different weight. Just my .02 though.
