yup same here! plus my drive way is steep and i didnt want to be too low and scratch up everything. yet....i still do scrape my exhaust and front lip from a moderate drop =(

Bah! I was thinking TRD at first but I like the eibach drop! If I were to get the Eibach or Hotchkis springs, what struts can I use? Would the TRD struts work with them? I'm not as saavy as most with this stuff so help me out.

i have hotchkis installed and love them. great for handling and lowered look. however i would like to try out the megan racing ones(had these on my neon before great handling and drop as well) and the vogtland springs. ( on stock 17's though, the 18 in rims would probably rub way too much, waaayyyy too much)

Megan has a 2 inch drop (too low for our geometry to work well... like we have mentioned over and over about other springs) and the rates are 180F/250R ... way too soft.
Compare to a stock spring with rates of 146F/268R. They actually went SOFTER on the rear megan spring that STOCK with a 2 inch drop. And the fronts are barely stiffer. Horrible setup if you want the car to handle well. May as well cut stock springs

I love Sportlines. I've had them on my tc for almost a year already and once they've settled, I couldn't imagine how perfect the drop was for me. There's basically no gap between the fender and tires, and not to mention, the ride is so comfortable. Springs like S-techs look hella clean but the ride is too stiff. Some people like that, some people dont. But for my everyday driving, i'd rather be more for comfort. Good pick man.
